What is BIOFLOR?
BIOFLOR is a pool of lactic bacteria host-specific for birds. The bacteria’s families present in this product have been selected from the bacterial flora present in the crop and in the intestine of healthy animals.
What does BIOFLOR do?
The bacteria’s families present in BIOFLOR colonize and protect in a specific way the birds’ crop and intestine, eliminating the bacteria. It is proved that there is a correlation between the immune defence system and the intestine’s bacterial population. BIOFLOR improves the animals’ immune defence system and so they will get better.
What is BIOFLOR used for?
BIOFLOR is recommended in programs such as weaning and maintenance so as to create a strong bacterial flora both in the crop and intestine. The bacteria’s families have been selected to quickly colonize the crop and the intestine in order to prevent infections. If it is given since the animal’s birth, it helps the development of the digestive system.
How to use BIOFLOR?
Two or tree times per week, a teaspoon in one Kg of food or soak seeds or germinate. BIOFLOR is composed by bacteria and for this reason it must be administered in the eaten food in little hours because bacteria have a short life when they are mixed with food. For Pullus: the product can be administered directly into the crop with a needle. One drop made with one shaved teaspoon in one litre of water, 2 or 3 times per week.
